David Henley serves on the Board of Directors at Meriplex where he is responsible for steering the overarching corporate strategy, mission, and vision. As acting CEO, David has over 19 years of experience growing and scaling organizations through acquisitions and technology transformation. David Henley worked for a major telecom company briefly before deciding go into business for himself and co-founding Meriplex Communications in 2001 as a voice and ISP provider. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Texas A&M University.
